The Pakistan Skills & Trade Testing Council (PSTTC) is a professional organization established under the provisions of the National Training Ordinance, 1980, as amended by the National Training Ordinance, 2002. The Council operates as an autonomous professional body dedicated to promoting quality assurance, competency-based assessment, skills development, accreditation, and professional certification across Pakistan.
PSTTC works closely with educational institutions, technical and vocational training providers, employers, professional organizations, and industry stakeholders to strengthen workforce competencies and promote internationally aligned standards of education, training, and assessment.
